Spring Salad


I've made this simple salad a couple of times recently, and I love the combination of fresh spring flavors. I used some thinly sliced Easter egg radishes, strawberries, sugar snap peas and spinach, topped it with salt and pepper and a little balsamic vinegar or honey-lemon dressing. It's a nice blend of tastes and textures and a bright addition to mealtime.
